Meet the Founders,
Patricia & Robert.
We’re the couple behind Blue Birch Provisions, united by a shared passion for Mediterranean-inspired cooking and a deep interest in nutrition.
What started as a personal commitment to eating well—meals built on whole ingredients, balance, and flavor— gradually became something more. We saw an opportunity to bring those same principles to others in a way that fits modern life.
Building this company together is our way of combining what we love with what we believe in – making delicious, nourishing, food more accessible.
Our History:
In looking for options that aligned with our values, we found a sizable gap in the frozen food space—where convenience often comes at the expense of quality. Blue Birch Provisions was created to offer a better alternative.
With a lot to learn about the industry, we devoted 2025 to research, development, and establishing quality partnerships. By collaborating with Hope and Main food business incubator, Social Enterprise Greenhouse and Johnson and Wales University, we were able to introduce our first products to customers at farmers’ markets and regional food events.
We launched our meals in small specialty markets in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. And we slowly expanded our line of products to incorporate more flavors from around the globe and offer more options to our growing customer base.
We look forward to introducing our meals to consumers in Connecticut and Vermont!
